These product terms explain the intended use of Trace AI, important limits, account responsibilities, and Premium access boundaries.

Service

Trace AI helps you inspect and organize your own public digital footprint. It may provide a limited Preview, source-backed reports, source review tools, cleanup guidance, manual removal-request drafts, history, and user-requested exports. It is not a background check, consumer report, identity-verification service, private investigator, safety score, or professional advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the minimum age approved for your launch territory, have legal capacity to accept these terms, and use Trace AI only where the service is offered. You are responsible for access to your device and linked recovery account and for the public identity clues you submit.

Acceptable use

Use Trace AI only for lawful, owner-led public self-review. You may not stalk, harass, threaten, dox, discriminate, impersonate, seek private or hidden information, make regulated or high-impact decisions about another person, evade service limits, bypass platform controls, or violate law or third-party rights.

Public-source and AI limitations

Results may be incomplete, stale, duplicated, unavailable, or matched to a namesake. Scores and ranks summarize source-backed report state; they are not declarations about identity, character, legality, or safety. AI-assisted text may contain errors. Review the original source before relying on a result.

Manual cleanup drafts

Trace AI may prepare an editable draft for your own cleanup workflow. It does not send the draft, contact a website, claim legal authority, verify third-party action, or guarantee correction or removal. Sent and resolved labels are statuses you record.

Premium access and purchases

Weekly, monthly, and annual plans may be offered. The exact localized price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms if any, cancellation location, and store terms are shown before checkout. Premium access requires server entitlement verification. Restore purchases is available for eligible purchases, and refunds follow the applicable store policy and mandatory law.

Privacy, export, and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Free privacy/account export and eligible deletion do not require Premium. Premium PDF export is separate. Deleting Trace AI data does not remove public information from third-party websites or cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Rights and source content

Trace AI software, branding, and original presentation are protected by applicable rights. You retain rights you have in submitted content and grant only the permission needed to operate requested features. Public source content remains subject to its owner's rights and terms.

Suspension and availability

the approved Trace AI operator may limit or terminate access for prohibited use, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or material breach. Features may change when safety, provider, legal, or operational requirements require it. No uninterrupted availability is promised.

Disclaimers and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, Trace AI does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or third-party action. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your territory.

Changes, law, and contact

Material changes will update the published effective date and include notice where required. These terms use the governing law approved for launch, subject to mandatory local consumer protections. The monitored production support contact is supplied through the release configuration.
